TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The Terms and Conditions herein apply to the sale of
PolyOne products
1.
Seller
is entitled to rescind the sale agreement in the event
that Buyer is in default of the purchase price payment
by more than fifteen (15) days.
In all
events, Seller's liability with respect to default of
delivery or untimely delivery shall not exceed 5 % of
the invoice value of the deliveries, excluding any other
claims.
