Kronimus joined Avient in March 1999, and in addition to leading the company’s engineered materials business in Europe and India, also serves as Avient’s legal representative in the region, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local governments and associations. She has over 25 years of legal expertise and business partnership having served in both in-house leadership roles and at leading law firms. Sanders spent over 20 years at 3M Company with various roles of increasing responsibility, culminating as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel supporting global business operations for all segments and manufacturing operations. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors in Finance, also from the University of Texas at Austin.

Khandpur previously served as Group President of the Transportation & Electronics business group for 3M Company. Khandpur held a series of roles with increasing responsibility, including Executive Vice President, Transportation & Electronics business group, from 2019 to 2021; Executive Vice President, Electronics & Energy business group, from 2017 to 2019; and Senior Vice President, Research & Development and Chief Technology Officer, from 2014 to 2017, among other roles.
