These new formulations can be processed on standard injection stretch blow molding machinery, and create no flow lines that would disrupt the brilliant glossy surface.  

Customers transitioning to the new LubriOne formulations will be able to reduce the torque required to mold parts, enabling efficiencies and increased flexibility in their manufacturing operations.

Investigate processes that enable plastics and metal to be formed together, including insert molding and heat staking.

Depending on customer requirements, these formulations can be customized to provide additional performance characteristics such as scratch, UV, and mold/fungi/bacteria resistance.
