If a present or future law, governmental decree, order, regulation, or ruling under any existing or future legislation prevents Seller from increasing or revising the price as provided herein, or nullifies or reduces any price or price increase hereunder, upon written notice from one to the other Seller and Buyer will attempt to identify mutually agreeable changes to conform this contract with such law, decree, order, regulation, or ruling.

1. Furthermore, the parties agree that Seller’s performance under these Terms shall not be an acceptance of any of Buyer’s terms and conditions. 1. The effective date of the replacement sections was deferred to December 1, 2025 when USP 661 will be replaced by USP 661.1 and USP 661.2. In the interim, testing under USP 661.1 and USP 661.2 is permitted by USP, and packaging systems conforming to these requirements prior to December 1, 2025 are considered to be in conformance with the USP–NF.   Confirm you have the proper global regulatory support for any existing or future products
