Buyer shall be exclusively responsible for (i) ensuring compliance with all Laws and Standards associated with its intended use of Product; and (ii) obtaining all necessary approvals, permits or clearances for such use.

Seller has based any recommendations to Buyer for the use of the Product upon information that Seller considers reliable, but Seller makes no warranty as to any results Buyer might obtain in Buyer’s use(s) for the Product. Seller makes no other warranties extending beyond the description of the Product, whether used alone or in combination with any other substance or in any process. 2.
