Continuous fiber reinforced thermoset composites combine high molecular weight resins with glass or carbon fibers. Continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites are produced by pulling continuous glass rovings through thermoplastic resin to impregnate the fibers and form a unidirectional tape.
