Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, Biological Weapons Convention, Chemical Weapons Convention, Hague Code of Conduct, Arms Trade Treaty (ATT), the relevant resolutions of the United Nations Security Council, including but not limited to Resolution 1540, multilateral import and export regimes and customs regimes and practices, regulations and sanctions of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye (“Trade Control Laws”).

In the event that no settlement is reached within 60 days after such written request has been received, then any party may submit the Dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (“CIETAC”) Shanghai Sub-commission for arbitration, which shall be conducted in accordance with CIETAC’s arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration.
