Treat the film and then spray a coating onto
its surface after extrusion.
2.
This fog can form at any
one of the various stages
in the transport and
storage of the product,
from the moment it is put
in the pack, to the time
that it is put on the shelf or
in the refrigerator at home.
One of the most tantalizing aspects of modern
packaging is this: it provides such good protection
for the contents, that sometimes it is almost
impossible to break into it!

Fiberglass is one of the most common polymer composite reinforcements, and carbon fiber is one of the strongest.
Three common ways this can be done are 1) in a way that creates a woven structure, 2) by placing the fiber fabric into a mold that is injected with resin, or 3) by pultrusion, where the fibers are pulled through resin and then shaped and cured in a heated die.
Pultrusion is one way that advanced composite materials can be manufactured.

When the company turned its eye on one of its most ubiquitous products – electrical junction boxes – it had a real challenge on its hands.
Anything they developed would have to meet the international electrical standard IEC 60670-1, which says the materials used in the wall boxes have to pass a Glow Wire Flammability Index (GWFI) 850°C testing (IEC 60695-2-12) at the application thickness, and 960°C at 2mm.
All grades pass IEC 60695-2-12 Glow Wire Flammability Index (GWFI) at 960°
