Therma-Tech™
Therma-Tech™ Thermally Conductive Formulations have been engineered to combine the heat transfer
and cooling capabilities of metals with the design freedom, weight reduction and cost advantages of
thermoplastics.
Therma-Tech formulations have been shown
to improve thermal conductivity by 50-100 times that of conventional plastics and can be used in a wide
range of thermal management applications.

heat transfer, dissipation, and cooling capabilities to
metals, when heat is transmitted into air.
As a
result, Elausa replaced Zamak with Therma-Tech
thermoplastics, significantly reducing part weight from
38g to 9g.
