SUNDAY AFTERNOONS JUST GOT
MORE ENJOYABLE.
It
follows, then, that indoor household products
designed to make that time more enjoyable tend
to grab market share.

ColorMatrix dosing equipment is highly accurate
and delivers Excelite IM additives directly into the
machine feed throat, enabling a more continuous
distribution while improving uniformity of cell
structure and more consistent density.

Whether in solid or liquid form, our fiber
concentrates are developed for use in the more
sustainable process of spin-dyeing, or dope-dyeing,
which requires no water and less energy than other
dyeing methods.
Black & White
STANDARD AND CUSTOM
BLACK CONCENTRATES
• High pigment concentrations for high tinting
strength
• Lower concentrations to meet specific
customer needs
• Tailored for special requirements, with specific
physical/rheological properties
STANDARD AND CUSTOM WHITE
CONCENTRATES
• TiO2 based with excellent opacifying or tinting
strength
• Optical white to improve the surface whiteness
and/or brighteness of end articles
• Regulatory compliance support
• Optimal melt flow properties allow a good
mixture with the polymer matrix yielding
the best possible spinnability
• Full pigment dispersion ensures maximum
CPF/Spinning pack life
• Carriers: PET, PBT, PA 6, PA 66, PP, and others
• Continuous filament spinning, including
fine denier (POY, FDY, HOY, bi-component yarns)
• Long and short spinning staple fiber
• Spunbond
SINGLE PIGMENT DISPERSIONS (SPDS)
We have extensive experience in using advanced
technologies and special raw materials, which make
our SPDs suitable for more demanding applications.
The extruder is never contaminated with color which translates into faster,
more efficient color changeovers that make low volume and custom color
production a reality.

Magnitude of residual/applied stress in the
component
While it is intuitive that higher temperatures and
higher applied stress can expedite creep behavior
and stress cracking, chemical exposure can be
more obscure and inconsistent.
Generally speaking,
the more frequently a part is exposed to a stress
cracking agent, the more opportunities the agent
has to penetrate or diffuse into the polymer network
and cause damage.
Second to the Trilliant series, the FR copolyester
demonstrated good ESCR performance, but
struggled against more aggressive disinfectants
(e.g., Virex® TB).

Designers and
engineers are increasingly concerned about
the impact of more frequent cleaning and the
resulting chemical exposure.
Another option, which is more ideal for stress
reduction, includes octagonal inserts with more
rounded edges versus standard spiral inserts.
