The parties agree that the price and/or terms of delivery and shipment provided herein may be changed by the Seller at any time prior to delivery on account of changes in market conditions, including but not limited to, increased raw material costs, increased freight, transportation, or fuel surcharges, and/or duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed upon Seller in connection with the sale/shipment of the Product after order acceptance.
