Sauf en cas de Force Majeure, l'Acheteur, s'il n'est satisfait des dispositions prises par le Vendeur, pourra résilier la (les) commande(s) concernée(s) (i) avec un préavis écrit de dix (10) jours et (ii) sur paiement de tous les Produits déjà reçus, sans autre obligation.
