The law of the Czech Republic shall apply to these Terms as well as all purchase contracts and framework contracts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Average hours of training per year per employee: In 2018, on average, associates received 4 hours of ethics related training which included Code of Conduct, Anti-bribery/Anti-corruption, Information Security, Harassment & Discrimination, and Conflict of Interest.
