Johnson previously served as director of strategic tax planning, leader of the Intellectual Property Program, and director of transfer pricing at Illinois Tool Works Inc., a Fortune 200 global diversified, industrial manufacturer. Johnson earned his BA in political science from the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana, and his JD from the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
