Specific Versaflex OM grades have been specially formulated to bond to PC, ABS, nylon 6/6, PC/ABS, and PPO. The Versollan™ OM series are TPU alloys specifically designed for thin-wall overmolding (both insert and two-shot molding) onto PC, ABS, and PC/ABS substrates. The use of a small amount of a dusting agent such as talc or calcium carbonate can minimize agglomeration during the grinding process.
