TERMS AND CONDITIONS These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Products to another party (“Buyer”) by Avient Corporation and its affiliates (“Seller”). WARUNKI Niniejsze Warunki regulują sprzedaż Produktów na rzecz drugiej strony („Kupujący”) przez Avient Corporation i jej podmioty powiązane („Sprzedający”). 1. Seller warrants that goods subject to the sale (“Product”) are owned exclusively by Seller and are free from any encumbrances or rights of third persons and that the Product conforms at the time of shipment to a Certificate of Analysis, a Certificate of Compliance, or a Product Specification Sheet, if any such document exists, and other specifications signed by Seller (“Specifications”).
