The Over-molding (Versaflex® OM Series and VersollonTM which is a Urathane alloy) grades are specially formulated to bond to a variety of substrates. They include amorphous polymers such as polystyrene (PS), High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS), Polycarbonate (PC), Acetal (POM), PC/ABS, Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), Polyphenylene oxide (PPO), Noryl® (a miscible blend of PS and PPO), and PC/PETG. Selective commercial grades of TPEs and developmental TPEs bond to crystalline polymers such as Acetal (POM), Nylon 6, Nylon 6,6, Copolyester , Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT).
