In addition,
Supplier warrants that all Certificates of Origin
for the Goods shall be provided to Avient on a
timely basis and shall be accurate and complete.
Supplier will provide
the (pre-) registration number(s) to Avient.

Section 307 of the Tariff Act of
1930 (19 U.S.C. § 1307) and Trade Facilitation
and Enforcement Act of 2015 (TFTEA) including
the applicable provisions of the Uyghur Forced
Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA).
