に違反した場合においては、 他の救済に
係る権利を失うことなく、売主は買主に対し書面により
通知することにより、売主は(a)既に提供した本製品を
買主から取り戻し、また取り戻しにともなう費用は買主
に負担させること、及び・又は(b)買主が現金で本製品
の対価を支払う、又は支払いが行われることの確証を
与えない限り、注文確認書の履行（本製品の提
供）を停止・終了することができる。

promise, offer or provide any improper
advantage to, or (ii) enter into an agreement (a)
with any entity or person, including officials of
a government or a government-controlled entity,
or (b) relating to a product, which would
constitute an offense or infringement of
applicable Laws and Standards.

が支配する機関の職員に対し(i)不当な便益を受領、
約束、オファー又は提供せず、(ii) (a)政府、その役人
又は政府が支配する主体に属する者と、あるいは(b)
製品に関連して、適用ある法令等の違反を構成する
ことになる契約を締結しないことをここに確約する。
