Recycled PET often exhibits yellowing or color variations due to degradation during the recycling process.
These additives are developed to withstand multiple recycling loops, helping the recycled material remain visually appealing even after several uses.
These additives should not negatively impact the recyclability of PET and should help maintain the integrity of the recycled material.

Follow up by purging machine with general

• Place cold slug wells at the base of the sprue to capture the cold material first
emerging from the nozzle
• Place cold slug wells at every 90° bend in the runner system
• Well depths approximately 2–3 times the diameter of the runner provide best

Recycle Solutions
Additionally, new minimum recycled content thresholds will mean that from 2025 there will be a sales ban on PET bottles containing less than 25% recycled plastics, increasing to 30% in 2030.
The plastic packaging recycling target in Germany will rise to 63% from 2022 and the new law also introduces incentives for packaging producers to incorporate recyclability considerations into their packaging design, and to use recycled or renewable materials.
