In case of an incident, Supplier shall immediately take all measures to clean up, isolate or prevent pollution resulting from such incident. 12.6 Supplier will provide regulatory compliance credentials as required with the Goods where applicable, including but not limited to FDA, RoHS, REACH, TSCA and other chemical control laws and country inventories as required.
