Buyer
shall indemnify, defend and save Seller harmless against any and
all liability for Buyer Indemnity Costs arising out of or in any
way connected with Buyer’s failure to disseminate such
information.
These Terms are
governed by and shall be construed under the laws of Singapore
without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

foresee may receive exposure to such hazards, including, but not
limited to, Buyer’s employees, agents, contractors and customers.
