PP Yarn and Nonwoven 

Among all the different types of plastics on the market today, why would anyone choose polyaryletherketones (PAEK), polysulfones (PSU), liquid crystal polymers (LCP), polyetherimides (PEI) and polyphenylene sulfides (PPS) for their application?

This new reSound REC TPE is a 65 Shore A hardness and contains 25 percent PCR content from recycled polypropylene (PP). It is naturally gray, colorable, and suitable for injection molding or overmolding onto PP.

Suitable for overmolding onto polypropylene (PP), the new TPEs have comparable performance to prime grades, and can replace them in typical applications for lawn and garden, outdoor high performance, personal care, footwear, office supplies, houseware durables, and automotive industries.  In Asia, an expanded reSound R range now includes three PIR grades for PC, ABS, and PC/ABS overmolding and seven PCR grades for overmolding on to PP.

The portfolio includes typical glow hues like yellowish green, blue, blue-green, aqua, and violet for a wide range of polymers, including PP, ABS, PC co-polyester, PA6, PA66, and PA12. PP Inhaler Roll Cap

Additionally, plastic prefilled syringes can be color-coded for easy identification and customized to meet specific opacities in polypropylene (PP) resin, while laser marking additives can help create precise, solvent-free markings.  Custom PP formulations available in opaque or transparent form

The kit contains translucent polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and opaque/gradient polypropylene (PP) bottles enhanced with effect pigments, laser marking, and printed sleeves. They are available across multiple polymer systems, including PA6, PA66, PC, POM, PBT, PPS, and PK, and provide comparable performance to conventional internally lubricated grades (link to full press release here).
