INTERNET AVAILABILITY OF PROXY MATERIALS
In accordance with rules and regulations adopted by the Securities and Exchange Commission, we may
furnish proxy materials by providing internet access to those documents, instead of mailing a printed
copy of our proxy materials to each shareholder.
For business to be properly
requested by a shareholder to be brought before the 2025 Annual Meeting, in addition to complying with
the timeliness requirements set forth above, the shareholder must comply with all of the requirements of
Regulation 8(c) or Regulation 12(b), as applicable, including, without limitation, with respect to the
