More and more convertors and brand owners
working with flexible film products are seeking
materials and solutions that permit them to
work with mono-material compositions for their
packaging options, as mono-materials are easier
to recycle and therefore contribute to a circular
economy over time.
The additive’s formulation ensures smooth and
efficient processing of mono-material polyolefin
films that contain low-temperature sealing layers,
improving the overall performance of the packaging,
and providing a reliable and user-friendly
experience for both manufacturers and end-users.
KEY FEATURES
• Enables the transition from complex, multi-
material flexible packaging to recyclable mono-
material solutions
• Provides anti-block and slip functionalities for
low-temperature sealing layers
• Helps to eliminate non-compatible film layers in
food packaging
• Improves yield during sorting and enhances
post-consumer recyclate (PCR) quality, helping
to reduce waste
• Compatible with polyolefins and seamlessly
integrates into existing film extrusion processes
MARKETS & APPLICATIONS
Cesa Anti-Block Slip LS is used in various
applications in flexible polyolefin food packaging,
including bags and pouches, lidding films, and
lamination films.

These natural properties make the use of fluoropolymers in industries such as wire and cable, architectural films, transportation, industrial and even medical an excellent choice for many applications.
Fluoropolymers are also enabling new technologies: they are used as films that function as a lightweight alternative to glass in solar panels, and to make safe batteries for electric vehicles.
Most fluoropolymers, other than PTFE and polyvinyl fluoride (PVF), can be melt processed using conventional thermoplastic extrusion or molding techniques.

Here, continuous fibers, such as glass or carbon, are pulled through a thermoset resin bath, such as epoxy, polyester, or vinyl ester, and then formed into a desired shape using a die.
This is because of the continuous manufacturing process in which the fiber-reinforced material is pulled through the forming die.

They are recommended to create a sandpaper-like surface modification of thick films (>80 to 100 microns).
Cesa Grip 9101 masterbatch is used for the production of film for heavy-duty bags.
Anti-fog additives are a cost-efficient means of maintaining the high-optical qualities of polyolefin films used to pack perishable foods.
