If the date of the 2019 Annual Meeting is delayed by more than 60 calendar days after the anniversary of the 2018 Annual Meeting, then a shareholder’s notice must be delivered to our principal executive offices not later than the close of business on the later of the 90th day prior to the 2019 Annual Meeting or the 10th calendar day following the day on which public announcement of the date of the 2019 Annual Meeting is first made. Sixty days prior to the first anniversary of this date will be January 28, 2019, and 90 days prior to the first anniversary of this date will be December 29, 2018.
