It then freezes
after pack and hold and acts as a plug.
However, a gate needs to be large
enough to provide good packing.
In relation, if the hold/pack time
is too long, the runner will be packed out, which
could cause processing problems

Lightweighting for the “Pack It In, Pack It Out”
Enthusiast
When every ounce counts and energy conservation
is key, you want to make equipment that is as light
as possible but strong and reliable.
Help them customize with materials that
fit a wide variety of needs—from colors and patterns
to textures and soft touch materials—and keep you
ahead of the pack

Pressure - This part of the equation is usually
caused by over stacking hot garments at the oven or
packing them immediately into boxes.
Certain things cannot be controlled by the printer:
• The dye in the shirt
• The humidity in the air and shirt
Things that can be controlled are:
• The type of ink – cotton white for cotton,
non-ghosting bleed resistant for polyester
• The amount of heat used on the garment—cure at
the recommended temp, not over
• Stack in separate piles to allow cooling—fold in
dozens separately, wait to pack
Be aware of at-risk colors; brown, tan and beige are
the most sensitive to possible ghosting.

FlexCart Nano is the ideal metering system for
smaller throughputs and uses a standard 1kg
PlanetPak™ container as the delivery pack.
This includes a single point
level monitoring system to indicate when a delivery pack
change is required.

Since the FlexCart Micro has a smaller footprint for
use in operations where space is limited, the metering
system uses the smaller 10L (LN) polymer delivery pack.
The FlexCart Micro unit,
due to its smaller footprint and reduced throughput
range, is designed to work with the LN molded polymer
containers—specifically the 10-liter pack.
