買主は、(i) 本製 品の荷下ろし、荷揚げ、保管、取扱い及び使用に起 因し、又は(ii) 上記活動に適用され、又はこれを規律 する、国又は地方自治体の法令の遵守又は不遵守 に起因する、一切の危険及び責任を負担する。 不可抗力による場合を除き、売主の決 定に同意しない場合、買主は、唯一の救済方法とし て、(i) 10 暦日前までに書面による通知を行うこと、及 び(ii) 当該時点で受領した全ての本製品の代金を支 払うことにより、将来の義務を負うことなく本取引条件 書を解除する権利を有するものとする。 買主は、(i) 本製品が予定する使用に関連して法 令等を遵守すること、(ii) 使用に関して必要な許認 可、承認等を取得すること、につき単独で責任を負 う。

In the event Buyer is in default of any payments whatsoever due to Seller by more than fifteen (15) days, Seller shall be entitled to: (i) hold the shipment of any products ordered by Buyer until Buyer makes such payments; and (ii) require from Buyer immediate payment of any additional products ordered by Buyer prior to their shipment. 6. Except in the case of a force majeure, if not satisfied with Seller's determination, Buyer shall have a right to terminate the relevant purchase order(s) upon: (i) 10 days written notice; and (ii) payment for all Products received to date, without further obligation.
