The search led Kruunutekniikka’s design engineering team to Avient.
A collaborative team from the two companies looked at potential options before developing a material that combined two grades of Avient’s Therma-Tech™ thermal management formulations.
The team tested the formulation and phased it into production, and Kruunutekniikka’s Coolics™ brand quickly adopted the material throughout its line of customized LED cooling systems.

Mars Otomotiv’s engineering team was on the hot seat.
The Mars Otomotiv engineering team needed to eliminate all of these issues by finding a different material for the heat sinks.
Again working in tandem, the Mars Otomotiv engineers and Avient’s technical team were able to alter the mold so it could process the thermoplastic in place of aluminum.
