This test is done
on overmolded plaques with TPE on top of rigid thermoplastic substrates.
The substrates materials
employed for overmolding were PP, ABS, PC/ABS, polyester, Nylon and POM.
These TPEs
have exhibited good adhesion on various substrates including PP, PS, HIPS, PMMA, PC, PET, ABS,
PC/ABS and Copolyester.

Vibration in top load washing machines can cause the units to ‘walk,’ which prompts a large volume of costly service calls to the manufacturer.
