today announced the pricing of its previously announced offering of $650 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2031 (the "notes") in an offering exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933 (the "Securities Act"). The closing of the notes offering is expected to occur on intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, to redeem all of its outstanding 5.75% senior notes due 2025 (the "2025 senior notes") and pay related fees and expenses.
