A Bit of History

To quantify risk and reduce it over time, Avient monitors several key performance indicators on a regular basis: Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR), Lost Time Injury/Illness Rate(LTIR), and Injuries of High Consequence (IOHC). These rates are compiled globally and reported on a monthly basis to all leadership personnel in the company. These leading indicators include the continuous monitoring of progress on corrective and preventive actions, the number of risk assessments performed, details on the amount of risk eliminated or mitigated, the number of internal audits conducted and participation rates of Global Safety Day activities.

In case Buyer fails to fulfill any payment obligation by the relevant due date, starting from the day thereafter, Seller shall have the right to charge default interests on any overdue amount, at a rate which is the lesser of (i) the official reference rate recorded by the European Central Bank as at such date, increased by 8% and (ii) the maximum interest rate applicable under Italian law as at the same date. Terms Adjustment; Delivery 8. Buyer shall be obliged to accept the Product and pay the rate specified in the order confirmation for the quantity of Product delivered by Seller.

Any samples or developmental material provided by Seller are provided “AS IS” with no warranty as to its performance and such samples or materials shall not create any warranty by sample, which is hereby waived. If the parties cannot agree upon and implement such changes within sixty (60) days after such notice, Seller shall thereupon have a right to terminate the contract forthwith without assuming any liability by written notice to Buyer. 8. Buyer shall be obliged to accept the Products and pay the rate specified in the order confirmation for the quantity of Products delivered by Seller.
