The new device utilizes PolyOne's soft-touch GLS™ thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material that provides smooth, silky texture for comfort. PolyOne's specialty TPE and colorant solutions stand up to the demands of active kids during outdoor play and sports, staying bright and maintaining material performance attributes.

The tub features a custom overmolded GLS Versaflex™ thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and non-toxic PolyOne OnColor™ colorants. In addition, Karibu chose PolyOne’s non-toxic OnColor™ colorants, which are customizable and compatible with the GLS TPE material.   Because the TPE bonds well to the polypropylene (PP) substrate, the tub withstands repeated folding and unfolding.
