Most Versaflex™, Dynaflex™ and OnFlex™ materials (and Versalloy™ TPV alloys) are suitable for two-shot or insert molding onto a PP (and in some cases, PE) substrate. Dry colors have also been used but may require more material and time to perform color changes. 23 The use of a polyethylene (PE) carrier may adversely effect adhesion to the substrate for some overmolding applications. High levels of regrind are better tolerated in black materials.
