We also completed the divestiture of Performance Products & Solutions (PP&S) and announced an agreement to acquire Clariant’s Masterbatch business. In October, we divested our PP&S segment, which consisted predominately of the Geon® vinyl business, for $775 million. Approximately 60% of our waste last year was recycled or beneficially used.
