our Geon M5705 material, customized to
match the manufacturer’s gray and black
painted metal lights.
Samples of the Geon
M5705 gray and black were placed into a trial
using an existing lighting fixture to provide
samples for evaluation.
Due to
the commercial success of the gray and black
colors, Smart Hero plans to introduce seven
new colors made with Geon M5705 material
to expand its product line.

Avient Extends Recycled TPE Portfolio with Grades Containing up to 60% Recycled Content, Supporting Global Customers
The new reSound REC GP 7820 TPE grades from Avient contain up to 60% recycled content from either post-consumer recycled (PCR) streams or a combination of PCR and post-industrial recycled (PIR) raw materials, depending on regional availability.
They are easily colorable, suitable for injection molding and overmolding onto polypropylene (PP) substrates, and available globally.

Aliphatic polyketone, often referred to as just polyketone or PK, is a semi-crystalline engineering resin that is an alternating copolymer of carbon monoxide and ethylene with some propylene (1–10%).
Interestingly, perfectly alternating polyketone copolymer results in a highly crystalline material that is very difficult to process.
