timely basis and shall be accurate and complete.
Upon the request of Avient,
Supplier shall deliver promptly to Avient
certificates of insurance made out by the
applicable insurer(s) or their authorized agents
for the insurance required under this Section
(the “Required Insurance”) and for any material
policy amendments thereto.
