These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Products to another (“Buyer”) by Avient Corporation
and its affiliates (“Seller”).

The arbitration shall be conducted before
an arbitrator jointly appointed by the parties.
Each Party shall when Processing any Personal
Information supplied by either party to the other, comply with all
applicable industry codes of conduct to the extent that they regulate
the Processing of Personal Information and not do anything, or omit
to do anything, which will cause the other Party to contravene any
applicable laws, including any Data Protection Legislation.
