Avient engineered a new customized formulation for the part using Maxxam™ Polyolefin Formulations. In addition, the new material provides anti-static properties and low VOC levels, which helps the system adhere to regulations such as the Vehicle Interior Air Quality (VIAQ) standard.

Avient and IVCC created a new medium scale masterbatch production laboratory in China to support research and development into non-registered novel active ingredients for incorporation into long lasting treated nets.
