Corporate Governance Guidelines
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Avient Corporation (the “Company”) has adopted the
following Corporate Governance Guidelines (the “Guidelines”).
Change in Director’s Employment
Non-employee directors who significantly change their principal business or professional
responsibility outside of the Company must submit a conditional letter of resignation to
the Board.
Oversight of Risk Management
The Board oversees a Company-wide approach to risk management that is designed to
support the achievement of the Company’s strategic objectives and improve long-term
organizational performance.
